We educate utilizing our Yoga Teacher Trainings, studio classes, and community programming as accessible, effective tools that allow for living in liberation.

Who We Serve:
We provide community support to frontline justice warriors, educators, mental health providers, formerly incarcerated peoples, unhoused people, people struggling with addiction, and domestic violence, foster youth, and community members.
