A Health Justice Yoga Program for Resilience & Liberation
As a grant recipient of the Ready to Rise program, we are glad to be able to provide this program dedicated to serving youth and young adults through positive youth development practices. This program combines yoga & mindfulness with community engagement to create a space for social-emotional learning and development.

Who Should Apply?
This program is for young people (ages 18–24) who want to learn mindful ways of creating mental, physical, and emotional balance and connect with a community of like-minded people.
No previous yoga experience is required. All bodies and backgrounds welcome.






What to expect in the program…
Build resilience. Reduce stress. Connect deeper with yourself. Create genuine connection with your community. Learn tools for emotional wellness, self-care, and healing through yoga, movement, and mindfulness. Have fun!

Consideration for a FULL 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship
