Pricing

Deposit Payment of $400, then choose either a Payment Plan, or to make a full payment up front with the Full Payment option.

If you choose a Payment Plan, after your Deposit Payment of $400 your remaining balance will be automatically deducted from your credit card on file according to the following deposit payment schedule.

Payments of the equally split due balance will be made on the following dates: Sep 30, Oct 31, Nov30, Dec31.

After December 31st registration will be open with only the full payment option.

Payment deadline: the total balance due date is December 31st.

·       A Non-refundable deposit of 400.00 is required to secure a spot. 

Cancelation Policy Deadlines and Fees:

·       Early cancellations (120+ days before March 26th) will receive a 50% refund for the total paid, not including the deposit.

·       Late cancellations (less than 30 days)will receive a 25% refund for the total paid, not including the deposit.

·       Last-minute cancellations (e.g., within a week or less) Full forfeiture of fees, that will be transferred as cash credit for any other service.

FAQs

How do I get to Yucatan?

Air travel is not covered, we recommend booking your flight at least 3months before the retreat date and flying in to the international airport of Merida, Yucatan.

What do I need to travel to Mexico?

*For USA citizens you will need a valid Passport. You can check Mexico’s foreign relations website for a full list documents here.

*The Tree is not responsible for any incidentals occurred while you travel or participate in the retreat, it is always a good practice to purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage.

*Currency, you can request a currency exchange at your personal bank or check the exchange rate to withdrawal cash in Mexico.

How do I get to Shambalante?

*On March 26th at 11am you will need to meet at Paseo 60 Plaza, where you will take a shuttle to Shambalante, your retreat price does not include transportation to the meet up address.

About Shambalante:

Shambalanté is located in the magical town of Izamal, Yucatán, Mexico (km 2.7 of the Sudzal Chumbec Highway, Zip Code 97676). 95.5 km (1.2 hours) from Méridas International Airport.

Shambalante sits in region of Sudzal, in the Yucatán. This region has a warm and humid climate.

*The maximum temperature is usually 35°C (95°F) during the day, while dawn and night are somewhat cooler, with an average low of 16°C (60°F).Please note that the weather varies depending on the season, so we recommend checking before your visit.

*What to bring for my stay: Light clothing/ Light sweater or jacket/ Sandals/ Comfortable closed-toe shoes for hiking/ Hat/ Organic insect repellent and sunscreen/ Swimsuit/ Yoga mat (we have one to lend you if you don't have one)/ Water bottle

*With your comfort in mind and our commitment to the environment, in your room you will find: Eco-friendly soap and shampoo/ Bath and pool towels/ Bathrobe

*At Shambalanté, we care about the environment and your well-being. Therefore, we avoid the use of chemicals and processed foods. Please note that the following items are prohibited: Non-biodegradable sunscreens and repellents/ Processed foods/ Junk food/ Alcoholic beverages/ Psychotropic substances.

*One of the goals of the retreats, courses, and events held at Shambalanté is to help you detoxify your being on both the physical and spiritual levels, and to achieve this, nutrition is fundamental. Therefore, during your stay at our retreat center, we will offer you a lacto-ovo vegetarian menu, consisting of a variety of natural and nutritious foods, which are prepared and served by our staff at specific times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meal planning is done prior to our arrival. Therefore, if you have any special requirements or food allergies, it is important that you notify us in advance. Please note that processed foods and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. So, come prepared to indulge yourself and experience a complete detox.
